We offer a 6-month warranty for all frames sold by Joyiris Eyewear. We provide free returns on all our products during these time periods. To make a return, simply call, email, or chat with us within the stated days to initiate your exchange or refund.

The process is very simple. Once we have verified the defect, we will provide the exact model replacement as long as the model is still available. If it is no longer available, we will refund the product´s full amount.

Returns or exchanges may be denied, in very rare circumstances, based on the nature of prior transactions.
